City of Guthrie residents can receive complimentary access to Pelican Bay by bringing proof of residency to the utility window on the 2nd floor of City Hall to obtain a day pass wristband; children ages three and under do not need a wristband. For questions, call 405-282-6000.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) for the duration of the visit.
Children ages 13-15 must register and complete the Teen Safety Aquatic Program (TSAP) to be able to be left unaccompanied at the facility during open swim times.
