Enjoy dedicated time in the pool designed for fitness, wellness, and low-impact exercise. Our Lap Swim & Water Walking sessions provide a calm environment for adults looking to stay active at their own pace. Whether you’re swimming laps to build endurance or walking in the lazy river for joint-friendly movement, these programs offer a refreshing way to improve strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health.

Kickboards, pool noodles, and other water exercise equipment will be available to help enhance your workout. Lap Swim & Water Walking is a self-guided program.

For ages 18+:

  1. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9 a.m.

  2. Drop-in rate: $6

  3. Season Pass Holders: Free!
